Clogged main line. Called another high-profile plumbing company who came out, but were stumped by frozen drain caps and basically threw up their hands. Called Sunset West. Jay and Jadon arrived within 45 minutes, figured out how to deal with the situation in another 10, and had the drain line open shortly thereafter. The guys did an exceptional job cleaning up what was a significant, unavoidable mess when opening the drain. And on top of that, Jay noticed our outdoor faucet was leaking and replaced the spigot on his own volition at no extra charge. Truly exceptional service. We will be a customer for life!

Amazing work and amazing customer service! Miguel and Jay are not only super-skilled, but they are also very friendly and personable. We have a one-year-old and they very kind to him and complimented how we interacted with him while they were installing our sink. They also went a few minutes over and we were supposed be charged for an additional half hour, but customer service waived the fee for us. Highly recommend.

Turns out we had a slow but constant leak coming from a toilet angle stop value in our guest bath. I shut off the valve and decided against my DIY instincts and called Sunset West Plumbing. Called on Monday and had the job completed on Wednesday. Appointment was for the 12pm to 2pm window - I think it was Dave (sorry if I got the name wrong) called me at 11:15am to confirm appointment and discuss needed parts. They showed up a few minutes after 12pm and had the job done in basically 30 minutes. We have used Sunset West for other plumbing issues in the past and have found them to be responsive and fair in their pricing. We highly recommend them!

I've used Sunset West Plumbing twice. Once to fix a broken garbage disposal and once to clear out a clogged drain. They came on time both times. Not only did they save me money by fixing what was broken instead of jettisoning it, but they couldn't have been nicer, more well mannered and responsive to my many questions. On top of that, they left both the kitchen and the bath tub cleaner than they were when they entered my house. 5 stars.

They were very responsive and came over right away to take care of our clogged drain as well as fixing a leak that we had. I had called another company and they had completely flaked on me. Sunset West took very good care of me!

We had a leak in a a pipe to our water heater and the company that installed it said they could not respond for a few days. Someone recommended Sunset West so we called them and they were here within a half an hour. Stelios, the plumber who came, fixed the leak quickly and professionally. We had a few more minor plumbing needs and Stelios gladly helped us with all of them and had a great attitude about it. We will definitely use them again.

The plumber was courteous, very thorough- making sure the cleaned out, snaked pipes drained running water as well as a large sink full of water before leaving. Another great experience with the folks from Sunset West. Our tankless water heater wasn't working, and while we have a home warranty that would cover it, they always take way too long to fix things. Since we didn't want to live without hot water for the week, we called Sunset West Plumbing, who sent someone over in just a few hours. They quickly diagnosed the problem, found the part that was needed locally and came out this morning to complete the job.
